BIOGRAPHY

Yvonne Bull is a certified Nutrition Counselor and Personal Trainer with a background in Sports Nutrition.  She is also a Certified Detox Specialist and Dietician Practitioner and a Health Coach.  In addition, Yvonne Bull is a certified Massage Practitioner,  Certified Reflexologist, and Certified Kundalini Yoga/Meditation Instructor.  Yvonne's extensive background in fitness, nutrition and overall wellness has enabled her to help people achieve complete wellness in their lives.

 

I struggled with my weight during my teens and into my early twenties.  During these turbulent years I tried every weight loss regimen available - grapefruit diet, meat and water only, apple cider, lecithin and vinegar and one meal a day madness.  The weight would come off - but only stay off for a very short period of time.  When I started taking and then teaching aerobics I realized how well cardiovascular exercise worked to help me lose weight.  Next, when I started using strength training and became a personal trainer, I uncovered another piece to the physical fitness puzzle.  When your body has muscle density, it burns more calories on a continual basis.  The cardio alone doesn’t work as well.  However, there was one missing piece and I soon discovered it when I studied nutrition.  Nutrition is truly the key element in all of this!  As you age, you will realize the need to be aware of what you are eating, when you are eating and why you are eating it. The simple truth is the science of nutrition.  When you find what works for you, it will always work for you!  I have educated people from aged 17 to 77 in the importance of strength training, cardiovascular fitness and nutrition wellness.  These are the basic foundations of any successful program:  cardio, weights and nutrition!  There’s no way around it and there’s no quick fix.  

 

Our motto:  What you put into this, you will get out of it…..and there aren’t too many things in life that can guarantee you that!

 

Remember, it’s not one day of overeating that puts the weight on us - it’s what we do day in and day out.  Therefore, when you make healthy, smart habits a part of your life then your life starts to go in the direction you desire.
